trading gems, antiques and objects d'art from auctions and London markets whilst touring the globe as a junior
with his father.

It is fair to say that he was born with a unique gift. Exploring the world from an early age, Charles spent much of
his childhood travelling the world visiting auction houses and major markets. Quiet yet confident, studying.
Childhood Memories still live strongly with Charles, his youth includes sitting in the back of a Jensen
Interceptor travelling to fine art auctions. Art is in his blood.
His academia is personified in his breadth of knowledge spanning three centuries; from Georgian, Victorian and
Twentieth Century. He has an understanding of fashion, style and jewels through the centuries with a tuned focus
in the twentieth century, respecting key movements such as Les Arts Decoratifs, studying style icons and jewellery
